Iandara Rebello Joaquim has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Iandara most recently worked at Pulses, starting in May 2022 as a People Science Specialist, and subsequently moving up to become the People Science Leader in August 2022. Iandara is currently serving as the People Science & Education Manager.

Before joining Pulses, Iandara worked at TOTVS from February 2020 to July 2021, initially as a Senior Consultant, then as a Project Leader, and finally as the Coordinator of the Business Expertise Center for HR. Their role involved coordinating projects, managing expertise centers, and providing consultancy services.

Iandara also held positions at Ser Mãe e Ser Pai é Potência as a "Mother" starting in May 2015 and at Ministerio da Agricultura as an Administrator from July 2015 to October 2018.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Claro as a Senior HR Analyst. Their responsibilities included managing training programs, coordinating competency mapping, organizing external events, and implementing an internal training program for more than 2,000 employees.

Other experiences include working as a Teacher at Senac São Paulo from August 2014 to June 2015 and as a Consultant at TOTVS SA from November 2010 to July 2012. In both roles, they were involved in change management and HR processes implementation for large-scale projects.

Iandara began their HR career at ISS Servisystem do Brasil Ltda, where they worked as a Human Resources Professional from December 2009 to November 2010.

Iandara Rebello Joaquim's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, which was completed from 2004 to 2008. Iandara also pursued a post-graduate degree in Strategic People Management from FIA Business School, which took place from 2009 to 2010. In 2017, they attended Centro Universitário Senac and obtained a post-graduate degree in Instructional Design, specializing in Education.
