Doreen Zhao has a solid background in software engineering and consulting, with extensive experience at Pulsiam as an Applecare顾问 since 2016, focusing on data logic and report construction to meet customer management needs. Prior to this role, Doreen engaged with YouTube at Channel from 2010 to 2016, starting as a Software Engineer Intern and advancing to Senior Software Engineer, where responsibilities included product development, online promotion, software maintenance, and risk management. Doreen holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Southern California Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Wuhan University of Technology.
