Cory Hunsader

Cory Hunsader is an experienced professional in land acquisition and real estate development, currently serving as the Director of Land Acquisition at PulteGroup since March 2021. Prior to this role, Cory worked for KB Home as a Senior Land Acquisition Manager, specializing in the acquisition of land for residential development across various stages of entitlement. Additional experience includes roles at Keller Williams Realty, National Valuation Consultants, Hanley Wood, The Meyers Group, and CTL Thompson, where skills in research, management, and valuation were honed. Cory holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a focus on Real Estate Development from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Studies from the University of Wisconsin.
