Jason Garrett

Jason Garrett currently serves as the Vice President of Land Planning and Development at Pulte Group, Inc., a position held since March 2016. Previously, Jason held the role of Vice President of Land Development at John Wieland Homes from September 2007 to February 2016, where responsibilities included managing a $50 million land portfolio, overseeing process improvements, and conducting feasibility studies for land acquisitions. Notably, Jason also served as Director of Land Development during tenure at John Wieland Homes, leading teams in significant projects and managing jurisdictions for efficient permitting. Earlier career experience includes a position as Project Manager at Baldwin Paving Co., where Jason successfully managed heavy civil and roadway projects. Jason earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University between 1992 and 1997.
