Justin Cook

Justin Cook is an accomplished professional in the homebuilding industry with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Division President at PulteGroup since May 2023, Justin previously held the same title at Meritage Homes from 2018 to May 2023, as well as Division Manager at both Meritage Homes and CalAtlantic Homes between 2015 and 2018. Earlier in the career, Justin worked at WCI Communities, where responsibilities included Sr. Homebuilding Financial Manager, and a dual role as interim Director of Purchasing. Justin's foundational experience began at WCI Communities in positions such as Assistant Financial Manager and Purchasing Agent/Estimator. Justin holds an MBA and a BS in Finance from UCF College of Business, completed between 1994 and 1999.
