Leah Drake

Leah Drake is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in the construction and building products industries. Currently serving as the National Procurement Director at PulteGroup since July 2021, Drake previously held the position of Vice President of Purchasing at Lennar, where responsibilities included managing over $200MM in annual spend and supply chain operations in the Chicago Division. Additional roles include Purchasing Manager at Toll Brothers, Operating Partner/Vice President of Purchasing at Pulte Capital, and various positions at PulteGroup, including Strategic Sourcing Director and Senior Purchasing Manager. Drake holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Finance and Communications from Western Illinois University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
