Matt Brolley

Matt Brolley, PE, currently serves as the Division Director of Land Planning and Entitlements at PulteGroup, responsible for managing land projects through the entitlement process. In addition to this role, Matt is an Executive Committee Member of the Northwest Water Planning Alliance and a Board Member for the CMAP MPO Policy Committee and the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning. As Chairperson of the Kane County Stormwater Management Planning Committee, oversight of the revision of the county's stormwater management ordinance has been a key responsibility. Matt previously held positions including Village President and Trustee in the Village of Montgomery and Commissioner for the Illinois Fox River Flood Commission. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Physics with a minor in Math from North Central College, a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, and completion of the Senior Executives in State and Local Government program at Harvard Kennedy School.
