Pablo Rivas

Pablo Rivas serves as Division President at PulteGroup since August 2019, having previously held the role of Vice President of Sales, where leadership yielded a high Gallup Engagement score in excess of the 99th percentile and significant profitability increases for Georgia. Prior to PulteGroup, Pablo spent 14 years at Pulte Mortgage, progressing through several leadership roles including Vice President of Origination and East Area Manager, achieving multiple awards for exceptional performance. Pablo's career began at Wells Fargo Financial as a Branch Manager. An alumnus of New Mexico State University, Pablo earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Economics.
