Jeff Holiman

Jeff Holiman has extensive work experience in the mortgage and banking industry. Jeff started their career in 1995 at Bank of America, where they worked in consumer lending as an Assistant Vice President. In 2005, they joined Pulte Mortgage as a Field Production Manager and quickly advanced to become the Branch Manager of the South Florida Division. During their time at Pulte Mortgage, they contributed to the division's highest performance and profitability in its history. In 2014, they were promoted to the role of Area Vice President, where they managed field personnel in all Florida markets and collaborated with homebuilder management to develop strategies to serve target consumer groups.

Jeff Holiman attended the University of Florida from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Telecommunications. Jeff also acquired additional certifications, including Lean Manufacturing Expert and Six Sigma Process Engineering - Green Belt, from St. Petersburg College.
