Nicole Sandoval Phr

Nicole Sandoval, PHR, SHRM-CP's work experience includes various roles in human resources and IT support. Nicole started their career in 1999 as a Desktop Support Technician at Gambro BCT, where they worked until 2002. Nicole then moved to Janus Capital Group and served as a Desktop Support Technician for six months. In 2003, they joined Pulte Mortgage as a Support Engineer II & Business Analyst and gradually worked their way up to HR Manager, Senior HR Manager, and finally Director of HR in 2018.

Nicole Sandoval, PHR, SHRM-CP, completed their education at several institutions. Nicole obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems with an Emphasis in Networking from Metropolitan State University of Denver, attending from 1995 to 2000. Prior to that, they transferred from the University of Colorado Denver, where they pursued Computer Information Systems from 1995 to 1999. Nicole also holds a high school diploma from Denver West High School, which they received in 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Nicole has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional expertise. These certifications include the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HRCI, which they earned in January 2011. Nicole is also a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), having obtained this certification from SHRM in March 2015. Furthermore, they completed the Hispanic & Latino Executive Leadership Program offered by McKinsey & Company in October 2022, and became a Mortgage Action Alliance Member through the Mortgage Bankers Association in June 2020.
