Software Engineer at Pulumi

Fraser Waters is a software engineer who is currently employed at Pulumi. Prior to working at Pulumi, Fraser worked as a software developer at G-Research from September 2018 to October 2021. Before that, Fraser was a senior software engineer at ARM from July 2013 to August 2018, where they were responsible for the OpenCL runtime and test infrastructure. Fraser also spent time at ARM as an industrial placement student from March 2012 to September 2012, working on the OpenCL compiler team in the Media Processing Division. Fraser has also worked as a maintainer for OpenTK from June 2017 to September 2018 and as an IT assistant at Interdirect from July 2009 to October 2010. In addition to their paid work experience, Fraser has also volunteered with MK SNAP from January 2006 to December 2009.

Fraser Waters has a MEng in Computing from Imperial College London and A Levels in Computing, Maths, Physics, Geography, and Shenley Brook End Sixth Form. Fraser is also certified as a ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
