Sharon Solanki

Sharon Solanki is an accomplished professional in talent attraction and human resources, currently serving as Team Lead for Global Talent Attraction Programs at Puma Energy since October 2021, where responsibilities include managing hiring for mid-management and senior roles and enhancing processes for the Africa region. Prior to this, Sharon held senior HR roles at U GRO Capital, successfully overseeing talent acquisition for a major expansion across India and achieving notable performance recognition. Earlier experience includes positions at ABC Consultants, where Sharon earned multiple awards for research excellence, and at Appco UK, where initial sales success led to a transition into HR. Sharon holds a PGDBM in Marketing Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Mumbai.
