Khelrin Kenia

Khelrin Kenia is an experienced professional in global strategy and project management within the footwear industry. Currently serving as Head of Global Strategy and Projects at PUMA Group since October 2022, Khelrin has held various leadership roles, including Teamhead and Senior Manager of Global Strategy and Projects Footwear. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Manager of Material Portfolio Management & Costing Footwear at adidas, and multiple roles at PUMA Group focused on sourcing operations and process improvement. Khelrin began the career as a Management Associate at Hilti and completed a sourcing planning internship at Coach. Khelrin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Logistics Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, complemented by an Overseas Exchange Program at Rutgers University. Notably, Khelrin achieved a reduction in lead time for raw materials and finished goods production from 120 days to 90 days by enhancing logistics processes.
