Raffaele Damico has a robust background in IT and operations management, with significant experience in supply chain and demand planning. At Puma, Raffaele has held various roles such as Supply Chain Manager & CIO, Operations Manager & CIO, and IT Manager. Their responsibilities include setting up structures, teams, processes, and tools for demand planning, purchasing plans, IT infrastructure start-up, ERP implementation, and LAN implementation. Raffaele is also involved in strategic planning, budgeting, and assisting the General Manager in defining objectives. Raffaele holds a Laurea in Computer Engineering from Università di Pavia and a Maturità Classica from Liceo Classico A. Manzoni.
