Waylan Johnson serves as President of multiple companies, demonstrating extensive leadership in the energy sector. Since October 2018, Waylan has been President of Power Infrastructure Partners. Additionally, Waylan has held the position of President at Pumpjack Power since April 2017, specializing in wholesale electricity sales for the Oil & Gas industry in the Texas ERCOT market. As President of Spicewood Energy Management, LLC since 2011, Waylan leads a private equity management firm that focuses on the acquisition and financing of oil and gas resources, managing over $200 million in capital. Furthermore, as President of Cinco SWD, LLC, established in July 2014, Waylan oversees investments in salt water disposal through structured limited partnerships. Since 2004, Waylan has also served as President of Texas Energy Group, LLC, an exploration and development company involved in numerous oil and gas ventures and partnerships across the United States.
