James Farmer

James Farmer is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Punch Pubs & Co since June 2021, James previously held the position of Head of Operations at St Austell Brewery, where responsibilities included managing pubs within the St Austell Family Group. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Byron and a decade-long career at Pizza Hut, spanning various managerial positions including Regional Operations Manager, Area Manager, and Restaurant Manager. James holds a PGCE in Secondary Geography from the University of Exeter and a BA Honors in Geography from the University of Portsmouth.
