Elaine Skaare

Elaine Skaare has a diverse and extensive work experience in project management, engineering, and scientific roles. In 2011, they began their career as a Teaching Assistant at Winona State University. Following that, they worked as a Geological Technician at Summit Envirosolutions, Inc. for a brief period in 2013.

From 2014 onwards, Elaine joined Locus Technologies, where they held multiple positions, including Environmental Scientist, Assistant Project Scientist, Product Engineer, and finally as a Project Manager. During their time at Locus Technologies, they gained valuable experience in environmental science and project management.

In 2020, Elaine transitioned to Punch Through, where they initially worked as a Project Manager. Their responsibilities increased, and they were promoted to Senior Project Manager in August 2022. Currently, they play a vital role in overseeing and managing projects at Punch Through.
