Amal Jafrani

Amal Jafrani is an experienced Immersive Designer currently working at Punchcut since May 2022. Previously, Amal held several key roles at Carnegie Mellon University from April 2020 to May 2022, including Design Lead for an IoT device project at CyLab, Interaction Design Studio Grader, Design Chair for Bhangra in the Burgh, Research Assistant focused on sustainable energy devices, and Designer for the Lunar Gala. Prior internship experiences include Product Design Intern at Intraloop and UX Design Intern at Peekaboxes, where collaboration on design systems and user experience improvements was essential. Amal earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University in 2022.
