Johnny Thoi

Johnny Thoi, PSM, currently serves as Manager of Solution Architecture at Punchh, having progressed from Solutions Architect since August 2021. Previously, Johnny held the position of Technical Platform Owner for Loyalty at Taco Bell and occupied various roles at CompassX Group, Capgemini, and other organizations. With extensive experience in business analysis, product ownership, and solution architecture, Johnny has successfully led the implementation of loyalty programs, managed cross-functional collaboration, and developed custom API integrations using AWS services. Johnny's background includes technical leadership, project management, and hands-on consulting across multiple industries, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Management from UC Irvine.
