Malcolm Tan has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2012 as a National Serviceman in the Singapore Armed Forces. In 2014, they worked as a Summer Analyst (Intern) at OCBC Bank. Malcolm then moved on to Ra Pharmaceuticals in 2017, where they served as a Scientist (CO-OP) and contributed to synthesizing and purifying small molecules and peptides.
