Johanna Nelson

Johanna Nelson is a highly experienced professional who currently serves as the Head of Digital Engagement at XPS Pensions Group. With a background in communications and employee benefits, Johanna has also held leadership positions at Punter Southall Aspire and Willis Towers Watson. Johanna graduated with a First Class BA Honors degree in International Business with Accounting from the University of Strathclyde and has also received the Best Dissertation in Accounting award from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. Additionally, Johanna has completed a degree in Managing Individuals to be Effective in their Role from the Chartered Management Institute.
