Roger Ramírez Valencia has a diverse work experience in the marketing field. Roger started their career as an Analyst in Marketing at Almacenes Exito S.A. in 2006 and worked there until 2010. Roger then joined Solla S.A. as Director of Market Intelligence from June 2010 to August 2011, and subsequently as Marketing Manager from August 2011 to May 2012.

After leaving Solla S.A., Roger joined Almacenes Exito S.A. again, this time as the Head of Consumer Knowledge. Roger held this position from May 2012 to March 2019, where they were responsible for developing relational strategies and coordinating data mining processes and CRM strategies.

In 2019, Roger joined Puntos Colombia as the Manager of Relational Strategy. Roger later became the Manager of Growth Marketing and CRM, a position they currently hold. In this role, they are responsible for designing 360° strategies for customer lifecycle stages based on data analysis and experimentation. Roger also coordinates teams in marketing, BI, CRM, and agencies to define, execute, and measure strategies.
