Adam Allen has a long and varied work experience. Adam began their career in 2006 as an IT Project Manager at Brigham Young University (BYU). In 2009, they founded Swift Language Programs and worked as a Program Assistant for the Department of Defense. Adam then moved to EcoScraps, Inc. as a Project Manager in 2010, before becoming a Logistics and Events Coordinator for Ragnar Relay Series in 2011. In 2013, they were a Market Research Analyst at TripAdvisor, and in 2014 they began working for Schneider Electric as a Global Category Lead, North America Procurement Manager, Logistics, and Senior Buyer. In 2020, they joined PhoneSoap as the Sr Director of Operations and Director of Supply Chain. Most recently, in 2021, they became an Adjunct Instructor at Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, launching a new course to help students get hands-on experience scaling ecommerce businesses. Adam is currently the Vice President Operations at Pupford.

Adam Allen's education history includes a Certificate from the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics in Inventory, forecasting, logistics, and supply chain optimization, obtained between 2016 and 2018. Adam also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, which they obtained between 2012 and 2014.
