Emily Cross

Emily Cross has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Emily started their career in 2016 as a Front Desk Receptionist at The Royal Southern Yacht Club. In 2017, they worked at both Cardrona Alpine Resort in Lift Operations and Distinction Hotel Group as a Night Manager & Front Desk. From 2019 to 2021, Emily worked at Spec, where they held multiple roles including Digital Surveyor, Team Lead, and Operations Manager. Currently, they are working as an Operations Manager at Pupil, starting in 2023.

Emily Cross completed their education between 2011 and 2014 at Solent University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fashion Photography. Emily later pursued additional certifications in Critical Thinking and Problem Solving as well as Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators, both from LinkedIn. Emily obtained these certifications in October 2022 and September 2022, respectively.
