Oscar Langley

Oscar Langley has a diverse work experience in various design-related roles. Oscar began their career as a Co-creator at Lucid Collective & 3D Print Initiative, where they worked on the Printrbot project. Later, they worked as an Industrial Designer at Ciszak Dalmas, where they collaborated on furniture and interior design projects.

Oscar then worked as an English Teacher at GNP Idiomas, teaching children aged 8-13. Oscar also interned as an Industrial Design Intern at Piet Hein Eek, contributing to the creation of height-adjustable office furniture.

Moving forward, they joined iForesee as a Workshop Supervisor, managing the co-working space and coordinating workshop activities. Oscar then became a UI/UX Designer at Eccentrade, where they focused on design-related tasks for a Dutch Fintech Startup.

Afterward, Oscar worked as a UX Consultant at Backbase, working directly with customers to create user-centered banking solutions. Oscar also served as a Senior UX Consultant, further contributing to the improvement of people's lives through accessible finance.

Prior to their current position, Oscar worked as a Senior Design Screener at Toptal, the largest fully-distributed workforce globally. In this role, they evaluated and recruited top freelance software developers, designers, and finance experts.

Currently, Oscar is a Senior Product Designer at Pupil, where they contribute to the creation and maintenance of 3D information tools for real-world interiors on an industrial scale.

Throughout their career, Oscar has demonstrated a strong passion for design, combining aesthetics with functionality and working closely with teams and clients to achieve the best outcomes.

Oscar Langley's education history begins in 2001 when they attended the Canadian International School (Singapore), where they obtained a diploma. Oscar later pursued a Bachelor's degree (Honours) in Industrial Design at RMIT University, attending from 2009 to 2012. In 2017, Oscar enrolled in a User Experience Design Course at General Assembly to further enhance their skills in the field of User Experience Design.
