Sara Miri

Sara Miri's work experience begins in 2011 when they worked as an intern at Harmony, where they gained experience in residential interiors, landscaping, and drafting using Autodesk AutoCAD software. In 2012, they interned at Arkan.

Sara then joined Aus-Surv Middle East in 2013 as a Technical Manager. Sara was responsible for surveying and consultancy services, specializing in mixed-use developments and registering projects with authorities for off-plan sales and title deed issuance in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Sara also worked with Dubai Development Authority and Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority for third-party reports requirements.

In 2018, Sara moved to Aus Surv Middle East - Branch of Abu Dhabi as a Survey Engineer. Sara was one of the first survey engineers registered with the Department of Municipalities and Transport (previously known as Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council) to work on real estate projects' registration. Sara'srole involved coordinating between the developer, the consultant, and the authority to ensure the registration process and overseeing the drafting team with GIS and ADPMS experience.

In 2022, Sara joined Strat as the Head of Technical Development. Sara currently holds this role and is responsible for leading the technical development team.

Also in 2022, Sara took on an additional role as the Head of Technical Development - UAE at Pupil, where they continue to work.

Sara Miri attended Aleppo University from 2006 to 2012, where they obtained a License in Architectural Engineering with a specialization in Architectural Engineering. Prior to that, they completed their baccalaureate degree in the scientific branch at Nablus High School from 2003 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Sara Miri has obtained several certifications. Sara completed Surveying Licensing at the Abu Dhabi Vocational Education & Training Institute in May 2019. Sara also received training and certification as a Certified Real Estate Surveyor from the Dubai Land Department. Furthermore, they obtained the Survey Engineer certification from the Department of Planning and Municipalities in Abu Dhabi. The specific months and years for obtaining the latter two certifications have not been provided.
