Simone Lucia

Simone Lucia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career as a Freelance Photographer in 2013, specializing in various forms of photography. In 2016, Simone joined Sevenoaks Sound and Vision as an Audio Video Adviser and later took on the role of a Property Photographer. In 2018, they transitioned to Leyland SDM, where they worked as a Team Leader and Sales Advisor until 2020. In the same year, Simone worked briefly as an Assistant Store Manager at Shurgard Self-Storage. In 2020, they joined Spec as a Senior Residential Digital Surveyor and Property Photographer, responsible for surveying and photographing residential properties in London. Currently, Simone works at Pupil as a Senior Commercial Digital Surveyor LV3, where they survey and capture commercial and residential buildings in various locations using advanced technologies.

Simone Lucia has a diverse education history. In 2006-2012, they attended Bernardino di Betto Art High School, where they obtained a High School Diploma in Art/Art Studies, General. Later, from 2018 to 2021, Simone pursued a Higher National Diploma in Photography at the British Academy of Photography. In 2020, they also earned an ACA Certificate in Photoshop from Academy Class. Simone has also obtained various certifications, including an Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) from Adobe in February 2020 and a RICS certified property measurer in November 2020 from the Royal Institute of Charted Surveyor (RICS). In addition to their academic achievements, Simone has received several training certifications through Commodious Training, including Lone Working and Violence at Work Training, Manual Handling Safety Awareness Training, Working at Height Safety Awareness Training, Workplace Risk Assessment Training, Asbestos Awareness, Electrical Safety Awareness Training, Fire Safety Awareness Training, and HACCP Principles Training. Simone has also completed First Aid at Work training from Siren First Aid and Fire Safety Training. Simone recently obtained a Green Card Labourer certification from the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) in June 2023. Additionally, they completed a course on Photogrammetry: Turn Images into 3D Models from Udemy in March 2023.
