Eriko Bailey

Eriko Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. eriko began their career at Abercrombie & Fitch as a Store Manager, where they successfully managed multiple high-volume stores and exceeded sales goals. eriko then worked as a Senior Recruiter at Culver Careers, where they were responsible for full-life cycle recruiting for sales and management professionals. Eriko then transitioned to Biomet as an Associate Sales Representative, where they generated new business and increased sales through strong relationships with key accounts. At Quiksilver, they worked as a Merchandising Intern and gained experience in buy trends analysis and line and concept development. Their next role was at DC Shoes Inc. as an Inside Sales Representative. Starting in 2010, Eriko joined V i X Paula Hermanny, where they held various roles including Merchandise and Demand Planning Manager and Production Planner, responsible for developing merchandise strategies, managing seasonal inventory, and establishing production calendars. From 2016 to 2020, they also served as a Part-Time Instructor at FIDM, teaching Merchandise Marketing. Eriko's most recent position is as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Pura Vida Bracelets, where they oversee supply chain operations.
