BreElle Bailey

BreElle Bailey has had a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Brand Account Manager & DEI Specialist at Pura since September 2021. In this position, they manage all brand partnerships, oversees onboarding and launch processes, and executes growth strategies for wholesale and retail channel distribution.

Prior to their role at Pura, BreElle worked at doTERRA International LLC from 2018 to 2021. BreElle held various roles within the company, including Market Development Manager for Diverse Markets from June 2020 to October 2021. In this role, they coached and developed business skills with current and potential distributors. BreElle also served on doTERRA's Inclusion Diversity Board, educating employees and distributors on matters of diversity, inclusion, and culture. Additionally, they coached and counseled employees and distributors on building diverse markets.

During their time at doTERRA, BreElle also served as a Member of the Inclusion and Diversity Committee from June 2020 to October 2021. Prior to their Market Development Manager role, they worked as a Sports Partnerships Manager from November 2019 to June 2020, where they engaged athletes and sports teams as influencers and partners for doTERRA globally. BreElle built relationships with these sports personalities and teams, collaborated with the social media and events teams, and created content for campaigns involving sports.

Before their career at doTERRA, they were a graduate student and volleyball player at North Carolina State University from January to December 2017. Prior to that, they were a student and NCAA volleyball player at Arizona State University from January 2013 to January 2016.

BreElle Bailey has a Bachelor's degree in Business from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Arizona State University. In 2017 and 2018, BreElle pursued a Master's Certificate in Human Development and Family Studies, General at North Carolina State University.
