Raf Stout

Raf Stout is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer with a strong background in energy and engineering. Stout has held executive positions at Puraglobe and GIDARA Energy, demonstrating leadership and operational expertise. Previously, Stout worked at ExxonMobil in various roles, including Planning Manager EMEAP, Site Manager, and Process Advisor. Stout holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Ghent University and additional business training from Vlerick Business School.
