Victoria Heath

Victoria Heath has worked in the construction and design industry for over 19 years. Victoria began their career in 2002 as the Managing Director of Morgan Maskall Ltd, where they provided project advice to clients ranging from James Dyson to Britvic beverages. Victoria then moved on to Leslie Clark Construction Consultants in 2007, where they worked as a CDM Coordinator and gained valuable experience in projects, as well as crucial knowledge from their colleagues in everything from Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Health, Safety and Welfare. In 2013, they took on the role of CDM and Construction H&S Business Partner for Inditex in the UK and Eire. In 2016, they became the Consultant CDM Compliance Lead at Southern Water, where they were responsible for compliance and governance in regards to Construction Design and Management across the Construction & Engineering directorate. In 2018, they became the HSEW Manager - Technology & Supply Chain at Vodafone, managing the Health and Safety compliance of the UK’s Supply Chain and Technology operations. Most recently, in 2021, they became the CDM Lead - Lead Principal Designer at Purcell, where they are responsible for the management of the CDM Compliance operations of the UK business and leading the PD/CDM team.

Victoria Heath began their educational journey at Wiltshire College, where they obtained a NEBOSH General Certificate in 2006. Victoria then attended Bath College and obtained an HNC in Construction (Management and Engineering) between 2008 and 2010. In 2010, they began studying at UCL and obtained a Bsc (Hons) in Project Management for Construction in 2013. In 2019, they obtained a Diploma (NVQ Level 6) in Occupational Safety and Health from Cognitia.
