Maïlys Carles has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Maïlys began their career as a Sales and Customer Service Representative at Rayon d'or Bagages in 2013, followed by a stage as a Mission Manager at TARA Child Protection & Empowerment. In 2014, they worked as an Assistant Project Manager in Marketing at American Express. Maïlys then held a Junior Planner role at RE-UP in 2015, followed by a Donor Relationship Manager role at Vision du Monde. In 2016, they were a Development Manager at GlobalExam and a Development International Manager at Henix. From 2018 to 2022, Maïlys held a Team Lead CSM B2B & B2C role at GlobalExam, a Manager of Customer Success role, and a Director of Customer Success - Membre du Codir role. Maïlys is currently the Head of Customer Experience at Purchasely.

Maïlys Carles attended IÉSEG School of Management from 2010 to 2015. From 2012 to 2013, they studied Economics & Business Management at Shri Ram College of Commerce. In 2014, they began studying Marketing at Stockholm University. In 2017, they obtained an ISTQB certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board. Additionally, they obtained a TOEIC certification from the TOEIC Program in 2014.
