Donstan Charles

Donstan Charles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and corporate procurement. Currently serving as Lead Strategy Analyst at EmblemHealth Services Company since 2016, Donstan leads a contracting team responsible for processing and executing over 100 contracts annually, overseeing the full bid process from RFP/RFI/RFQ release to award. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Analyst in Corporate Procurement at Purdue Pharma and as a Financial Analyst at Pitney Bowes. Additionally, Donstan held the position of VP of Finance at NBMBA GWSC. Donstan holds an MBA in Finance from Mercy University and a BS in Accounting from Lehman College.
