Mahesh Chaganti

Mahesh Chaganti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Mahesh is currently the Global Head of Process Mining at Sandoz, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Novartis in various roles such as Solution Design Lead - Reporting & Analytics and GPO, Product Owner - Digital. Mahesh also served as the Global Digital Manager and Senior Manager in the HUB PMO and Management Reporting Group in Novartis' FRA Operations. Before joining Novartis, Mahesh worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Manager in Finance - Controllership, where they played a key role in setting up and leading the finance function in Hyderabad and the Philippines. Mahesh also worked at Genpact as an Assistant Manager and at Deloitte U.S. India offices as a Senior Analyst. Mahesh started their career at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Senior Coordinator.

Mahesh Chaganti's education history includes earning a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) qualification from CPA Australia in the years 2023-2025. Prior to that, they completed the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) program from the Institute of Management Accountants in 2022. In 2021-2022, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, where they completed an Executive Program in Business Management, focusing on Digital Transformation and Strategic Business Decisions and Management.
