Meg Underwood

Meg Underwood is an experienced professional in education and career consulting, currently serving as an Employer Relations Consultant at Purdue University Fort Wayne since July 2025. Underwood also operates as an Independent College and Career Coach at UnderwoodC3, specializing in college search and admissions advising, career coaching, and is recognized as a Gallup CliftonStrengths Certified Coach. Previously, Underwood held various roles at Purdue University Fort Wayne, including Director of Professional Development and Outreach at the Doermer School of Business, Senior Academic Advisor for the School of Education, and Assistant Director for International Programs. Earlier experiences include teaching French and founding an alternative education program at Beech Grove City Schools and teaching at Southwest Allen County Schools. Academic credentials include an M.S.Ed. in Counselor Education from Indiana University Fort Wayne and a B.S. in Education from Indiana University Bloomington.
