Rob McGaughey

Rob McGaughey is an accomplished professional in the music and audio production industry with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving in business development at Universal Audio, Rob oversees operations at Sweetwater, collaborating with a large sales team and various departments. As an adjunct instructor at Purdue University Fort Wayne, Rob teaches advanced recording techniques. Additionally, Rob is the president of Timbral Research, a company focused on developing innovative audio production products, and operates Sound Sauna Studios as owner, producer, and engineer. Previous roles include Channel Sales Manager at Avid Technology, Sales Manager at CMP Media, and various positions in sales and consulting. Rob holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Engineering Technology from Ball State University.
