Rebecca Lewis has extensive experience in retail and nutrition, currently serving as a Facilitator at EcoCooks since April 2021, where the focus is on empowering youth through plant-powered cooking programs. Previously, Rebecca has held various roles at Purdys Chocolatier since March 2015, including Retail Operations Manager and Sales & Operations Coordinator, responsible for managing communications for over 1000 staff across 80 shops in Canada, as well as overseeing retail shop operations in the Vancouver Lower Mainland. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Purdys Chocolatier from 2008 to 2014. Education includes current studies at UBC Sauder School of Business and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist certification from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Additionally, Rebecca attended The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Vancouver.
