Kinga Świtała

Kinga Świtała has extensive work experience in the field of project management, starting in 2005 as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy. Kinga later worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Texas Health Science Center and then at Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences. In 2011, they became the Director of the Science Center at The Wrocław Research Centre EIT+. In 2013, they took on the role of Head of Project Management at Pure Biologics, and then transitioned to become the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Pure Biologics S.A. Kinga also worked as a Project Manager at Captor Therapeutics. Kinga'sexperience spans across various roles in project management and research.

Kinga Świtała obtained their PhD in Biology from the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy, Polish Academy of Sciences in 2005. Kinga then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from WSB Schools of Banking from 2013 to 2015.
