In 2002, they transitioned to Convergys, where they worked as a Manager in both Recruiting and Operations until 2007. Later, they joined Walmart as a Store People Manager, handling recruitment, retention, and engagement of associates. Sandra then advanced to become a District People Manager, responsible for People Strategy and Programs for multiple retail locations in Alberta. In 2013, they joined PURE Canadian Gaming as the Director of Human Resources.
Sandra Legere's education history includes studying at the University of Alberta, where they focused on Human Resources Management. Additionally, Sandra attended Westervelt Business College but there is no information regarding the degree obtained or the field of study.
