Daniel Connolly

Daniel Connolly serves as Group Legal Counsel at Pure Data Centres Group, a position held since January 2021. Previously, Daniel worked at JONES DAY® as a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate from September 2016 to January 2021 and completed a training contract there, gaining experience in Corporate Practice, Funds, and Banking and Finance. Earlier roles also include providing transactional support in the Funds team at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and serving as a Transactional Paralegal in Real Estate at Jones Day. Additionally, Daniel worked as a Specialist Consultant at SecuriConsult, advising on maritime security, and held a senior management role in the Parachute Regiment from June 2001 to April 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Law from The Open University and a LPC from BPP Law School.
