Saliha Latif has 20 years of global HR experience across the public and private sectors. Working alongside leadership teams across EMEA, APAC, and North America. My career stared with local government in the UK and Capita Business Services to leading HR functions for the EMEA region for Ramboll and Cargotec. Setting up, and establishing offices across the UK, UAE, KSA, Lebanon, Qatar, and Oman offering strategic consultancy advice alongside, developing and executing strategy, management development, performance management, HR transformation, integration, employment Law and talent management. Vast experience in start-ups, mergers, acquisitions, and a de-merge she was fully responsible for in the Middle East. Prior to joining Pure Harvest Saliha, was the Global HR Director for Pure Salmon, and People Director for BOUNCE, where she grew the business across the Middle East and Europe with the launch of 5 venues, in under 18 months. A Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development, with a Master in Human Resource Management at Manchester Metropolitan University and Strategic leadership studies at Oxford University. A coach, mediator, and mentor with a personal mission to ‘inspire others and make a difference.
