James Done has a comprehensive work history in customer service roles. James began their career at River Island in 2014 as a Sales Assistant, where they quickly advanced to a Level 2 supervisor. During their time there, James gained leadership skills, including team management and conflict resolution, and provided training and development to their colleagues.
