Cindy Springsteel

Cindy Springsteel is an experienced leader in human resources and business partnering, currently serving as the Head of Business Partnering for General and Administrative functions at Pure Storage. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner Leader for the World Wide Field Organization at Adobe and Senior Manager of Human Resources at SGI. Cindy also held the position of Manager of Human Resources at Pyramid Technology. Cindy's educational background includes graduate coursework in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from San Jose State University.
