EJ Cay is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology companies. Currently serving as Area Vice President for EMEA Strategic Sales at Pure Storage since January 2025, EJ Cay focuses on driving transformational growth and fostering customer-centric relationships. Previous positions include Vice President for UKI at Genesys and Senior Director for DT Select Services EMEA at Dell Technologies, where accountability extended to professional services across the region. Also held multiple leadership roles at Dell, BT Engage IT, and KPNQwest, managing significant revenue targets and fostering high-performing teams.
