Gary Fitzgerald

Gary Fitzgerald is a seasoned professional in the field of technology services with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Professional Services EMEA and LATAM at Pure Storage since 2015, Gary oversees teams focused on delivering Business Critical Services, installations, migrations, and project management across these regions, driving excellence and innovation to enhance client satisfaction. Previously, Gary held various roles at EMC from 2006 to 2015, including Director of Business Critical Services and EMEA Lead Partner Shared Services, where responsibilities involved managing service partnerships and support teams. Earlier, as a Weapon Engineering Officer in the Royal Navy from 1983 to 2006, Gary acquired valuable experience in service management.
