A former Senior Director at Cisco, Jason directed large-scale global teams and transformed people operations services for over 200,000 clients. Jason began a professional career as a Senior Engagement Leader at A.T. Kearney, providing strategic consulting for Fortune 500 companies. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a B.S. from the University of California, Riverside.
