Marcelo Mariaca

Marcelo Mariaca is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic operations and product management within the technology sector. Currently, Marcelo serves as Vice President of Strategy and Product Operations at Pure Storage since October 2021. Previously, Marcelo held the position of Vice President of Product Operations and Chief of Staff to the COO at [24]7.ai from May 2019 to October 2021. In earlier roles, Marcelo has contributed as Vice President of Business Operations for Enterprise Solutions and Vice President of Services at BMC Software, and as Director of Business Strategy, Planning, and Operations at Cisco Systems. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Quantum, AVEX Electronics, and Varian Medical Systems, along with volunteer coaching at Ann Sobrato High School. Marcelo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
