Niki Armstrong

Niki Armstrong serves as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Pure Storage, overseeing worldwide legal affairs including litigation, intellectual property, and corporate matters. Prior to this role, Niki was Vice President of Global Employment Law, Ethics g Compliance, and Litigation at Pure. She also serves on the Pure Equality Leadership Council, which is responsible for Pures diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiative, and works closely with its six Employee Resource Groups. Prior to Pure, Niki's career spanned a broad spectrum of technology companies including eBay, Cypress Semiconductor, Flextronics, Auction.com, and Nutanix. She also served as a law clerk to District Chief Judge Lee J. Romero, Jr. (ret.) of the U.S. Department of Labor and spent a number of years as an employment defense litigator at Gordon & Rees LLP. Niki received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine and her Juris Doctor from Loyola University.
