Daisy Fawcett

Daisy Fawcett is a seasoned freelance designer and maker with extensive experience in ceramics. Currently, Daisy works at Pure Table Top Ltd. as a freelance designer since June 2014 and has been involved with DF since October 2011, focusing on creating and designing ceramic products for high street stores in the UK. Additionally, Daisy operates a personal venture, Daisy Fawcett Ceramics, which has been active since August 2010, specializing in decorative ceramics. Previous academic roles include serving as a senior lecturer at De Montfort University from September 1998 to September 2011. Daisy Fawcett holds a BA (Hons) in Design for Manufacture, Ceramics and Glass from De Montfort University, completed in 1989, and possesses foundational education from Rye-Hills Redcar, attended from 1976 to 1981. Recent travels to China have further enhanced Daisy's professional expertise by establishing connections with ceramic factories and gaining insights into overseas production methods.
