Ron Smith

Ron Smith has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ron most recently served as the Vice President of Joint Venture Development at PureCycle Technologies starting in March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at Deep Blue Petroleum from March 2019 onwards. From November 2015 to January 2019, Ron was the CEO of Javelin Hydrocarbon LP, where they led the company's marketing and trading efforts in various commodities. Ron also held a significant role at LyondellBasell, serving as the VP of Refining Crude Supply, Products, and Planning from September 2004 to November 2015.

Ron Smith attended Texas Tech University from 1981 to 1987, where they obtained two degrees. Ron earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Chemical Engineering, specializing in the field of study of Chemical Engineering.
